Jose Estevez S.A. bases its philosophy on the most important pillar for the consumer: quality. To achieve this commitment, our Quality Management System certified by the rule UNE EN ISO 9002:1994, from the 7th March 1995, which is currently updated to the year 2000 version. This certificate is applied to the ageing and distribution of Sherry and Brandy. We are also hold the ENAC and UKAS certification.

Our wine cellars also hold a Conformity Certificate Higher Level according to the BRC standard, from the 20th March 2001.

Besides, we are the first wine cellar in Jerez which also has an Environmental Management system, certified according the regulation UNE EN ISO 14001:1996, from the 9th March 2004. This Management system applies to the design, elaboration, ageing, bottling and commercialization of wines, vinegars, brandies and spirits.

We have also recently acquired two new certifications of food security (IFS and BRC). Both Certificates internationally recognise and we have achieved them with the highest level (A Level).
