Observations

Produced, aged and bottled at Sanlucar de Barrameda under the close influence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Guadalquivir river. The very special characteristics of the wine, are due to its unique and exceptional natural ageing process known as "en flor" in "Criaderas and Solera" system. It is elegant, clean, deliciously fresh, pale and very fragant, with an special "flor" aroma. Being gtotally dry, is ideal as an aperitive, accompanies and type of aperitif and goes specially well with shellfish or seafood ans most first courses
