Observations

Produced, aged and bottled at Sanlucar de Barrameda under the close influence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Guadalquivir river. The very special characteristics of the wine, are due to its unique and exceptional natural ageing process known as "en flor" in the "Criaderas and Solera" system. It is elegant, clean, deliciously fresh, pale and very fragrant, with an special "flor" aroma. Being gtotally dry, it is ideal as an aperitive, aperitif and accompanies and any type of aperitif tapa and goes especially well with shellfish or seafood ans and most first courses.
