Tasting Notes

Color: Pale cherry colour

Nose: Intense, fresh, fruity and saline aromas with hints of red apple

Mouth: it is delicate and pleasant in the palate, a perfect balance between the two local grape varieties, Tintilla and Palomino, both grown in Albariza soil. The palate is fruity but crispy, with a delicious salinity in the aftertaste.

Pairing: Perfect partner of rice, tuna, seafood, salads and pasta dishes. Also enjoyable with charcuterie and even strawberry and citric desserts..
