Observations

Albariza from José Estévez, vintage 2017, is a white wine which evokes the land where the vineyards of Jerez are cultivated. It is produced entirely from Palomino Fino grapes selected from the best vineyards owned by the José Estévez group of bodegas. After harvesting and pressing the grapes with extreme care, a very fine must is obtained which is fermented in stainless steel tanks, and the wine is then racked. The result: a young white wine which is bright and cheerful on the nose with a delightfully fresh, subtle flavour.
