Tasting Notes

Color: Bright glean gold

Nose: Packed with the mineral notes so typical of this exceptional vineyard

Mouth: This wine really expresses the character and identity of the vineyard with fresh crisp apple fruit and a chalky feel coming from the calcareous soil. it has a long mineral and slightly saline finish.

Pairing: It goes especially well with shellfish, seafood stews, rice dishes, blue and smoked fish, poultry and light meats, Asian dishes and semi-cured cheeses..

Observations

This complex wine truly expresses the vineyard making it a classic example of its origins: the albariza soils of Jerez and the Palomino Fino grape, of which José Estévez and the Sherry region are so proud.
