White wine is traditionally distilled in column stills and the resulting spirit is aromatised in our gin still to produce a classic gin of the London Dry style. While the recipe for each gin is a secret, our botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, citrus peels and various other aromatic plants which give it its very special aromas and flavour. Try it with different brands of tonic or in cocktails, you can?t fail to enjoy it.
