Observations

Tio Mateo faithfully reflects its origins which lie in the great character of the historic vineyard, the Pago Macharnudo, and the delicate personality of the Pago de Corchuelo. It is a dry and elegant Sherry, made 100% from the Palomino Fino grape from our own vineyards and aged under a film of flor yeast. Serve chilled.
