Observations

Truillars is a delicious old liqueur brand from Bodegas Marqués de Real Tesoro who were once suppliers to the Spanish Royal Household. It is produced by a careful and time consuming natural process of macerating mandarine oranges in grape spirit in oak barrels and is sweetened before bottling. The result is an amazingly aromatic drink, tangy and fresh with concentrated mandarine flavours. It is perfect on its own, with ice or as a cocktail component.
