La Guita en Rama Saca 2019

La Guita en Rama, saca de octubre 2019, continúa haciendo un homenaje a Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Tierra de grandes tesoros como la logia formada por los diez arcos ojivales perteneciente a las Covachas, Bien de Interés Cultural (BIC) protagonista de la etiqueta en esta tercera saca. La Guita en Rama, saca de octubre de 2019, expresa toda la calidad y carácter del terruño sanluqueño y muestra la finura de las mejores soleras de La Guita. Muestra de forma directa la esencia de La Guita, basada en uva palomino fino perteneciente a pagos costeros sanluqueños, principalmente del emblemático Pago de Miraflores. Seleccionada para ser embotellada directamente de la bota, no se somete a ninguna clarificación o tratamiento de estabilización. El resultado: Un vino único, fresco, delicado, muy salino y con notas florales.


Country: 100% Sanlúcar, mainly from the Pago de Miraflores vineyards.

Wine type: Aged biologically under a veil of flor yeast. Acidez Total: 4,5 g/l Ac. Tartárico Azúcar residual: <1 g/l

Varietals:  100% Palomino Fino grown in limestone soils with a high chalk content and clay-like texture.

Allergens: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, removal of lees, classification, fortification to 15% vol

Tasting Notes


Color: Intense straw yellow with notes of old gold.

Nose: Fresh, delicate, very saline with floral and citric notes

Mouth: Smooth on entry, lightly structured with a fine minerality, intensely flavoured with good length


Pairing: The perfect wine for aperitifs or informal snacking, it is a magnificent accompaniment to ham, cheese, canned seafoods, patés... With main dishes it goes brilliantly with fish and shellfish and salty and acidic foods..

La Guita en Rama batch - "saca" - of October 2019, continues to pay tribute to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, land of great treasures such as the lodge formed by the ten ogival arches "Las Covachas", Cultural Interest Asset protagonist on the label of this third batch. La Guita en Rama bottled in October 2019, expresses the quality and character from Sanlúcar terroir and shows the finesse of the best Soleras of La Guita. It also shows the essence of this wine, based on Palomino grapes from the iconic coastal Cru in Sanlúcar, "Pago de Miraflores". La Guita en Rama is selected to be bottled straight from the cask "en Rama", without clarification or stabilization treatment. The result is a unique, fresh and delicate wine with delicious salinity and floral notes.
